We strive to make our customers happy! In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please be advised that the merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it.
In addition, you will be responsible for any delivery costs associated with returning your item. Purchases made at MVP Sports are valid for exchange and/or store credit, however refunds will not be issued.
You are eligible to exchange your merchandise for another product of equal value to the tender paid on your original purchase. You may also choose to exchange your purchase for a product of higher value, in which case you will be required to pay the difference in price.
Can’t decide? If you cannot make a decision on another item at the time of your return, you are welcome to store credit in the amount of the tender originally paid. This will give you time to choose something amazing!
Please be advised that should you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
MVP Sports is unable to accept the return of products in unsellable condition. To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your products must be in the condition you received them in, along with the original box and/or packaging. MVP Sports reserves the right to refuse to limit or decline any exchange that has been damaged or tampered with.
Your purchase must be accompanied by the receipt or original proof of purchase.
